Community Center

Yes! has the only full service community center that is run by and dedicated solely to providing a vibrant and active space for persons with disabilities. Located on Busch Blvd. in Tampa, our center serves a meeting point for members, volunteers, and friends. It is a place where you can go to get help in the form of education and programming that helps you become more active and knowledgeable. It is a place where you can volunteer your time and become an active partner in our mission. It is a place where you can come to rest your weary feet and be amongst friends. It is a place where you can socialize and be uplifted at one of our many mixers and functions. All in all, the Yes! Community Center is your community center, so come make it a part of your life.

The YES! Community Center is a place where you can come to learn how to use a computer so you can pay your bills online, or you can attend a class on public speaking, or you can relax during your day out with friends, or you can enjoy one of our famous movie sessions, and more.  Essentially, the YES! Center is what you choose to make of it.  We offer many informative and educational programs, we have a lending library, we have computer access and training, we organize social gatherings, we offer referrals and we have dedicated staff available to help you.  We conduct arts workshops, advocacy classes, life skills training, volunteering classes, and a work referral service.  We have dedicated many years of service and labor to open and make available to you a community center that is for persons with disabilities that will focus on your abilities and offer you opportunities to grow and become empowered as an individual.  If you want someone to contact you about the center, or you need a ride, or you want to ask about our programming, just give us a call at 813-935-5696.  We are here for you and we hope you will come, visit, and learn more about how YES! can be a source of inspiration to you.
